1. Machine Tool Introduction

(1) The X/Y/Z axis guide rail adopts a roller linear guide rail, and the rollers are in linear contact, which can improve the rigidity of the processing load and ensure the stability of accuracy;

(2) The screw adopts a fixed support structure at both ends, and the screw is stretched to eliminate changes in screw pitch caused by temperature rise and additional loads, achieving the goal of improving transmission accuracy and achieving high-speed, high-precision, and high rigidity of the machine tool's linear axis operation;

(3) The spindle adopts INNA high-speed electric spindle with HSK-A63 interface, and the maximum speed can reach 20000rpm. The electric spindle is cooled by circulating oil to maintain stable spindle temperature and good spindle rigidity, meeting the needs of large cutting volume and high feed, thus achieving high-speed and high-precision machining.
